Place celebrated Veteran's Day, November 11, 2010 with an "Uncle Sam"
Pot Roast Luncheon prepared by Executive Chef Marc Ruggio in honor of
all Cortland Place resident & staff Veterans. In total, (24)
twenty
four Veterans were presented with American flag lapel pins, patriotic
carnation boutonnieres, and personalized certificates of appreciation.
A delectable "American Flag" cake was served for dessert.
