We can provide apartment-style living, assisted  living,  skilled  nursing, or rehabilitative services to  residents  on either a short or  long-term basis.

 Our residents are not all elderly. A number of people who call  Cortland Place their home are young to middle-aged residents  who, for one reason or another, need some sort of help with everyday living. Our unique blend of age groups makes for a more diverse, vibrant environment.
